Margaret is the mother to two beautiful children and is very active in her community through volunteering as a board member at the Langley-Aldergrove CPC EDA and the Taiwanese Canadian Cultural Society.

Ryan graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Human Resources. He is a lifelong British Columbian, and speaks fluent French. After working in administrative, finance, human resources, and client services roles for over 25 years, Ryan joined Metrotown Notary in 2023. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys getting outdoors and traveling - as well as volunteering with his church and political organizations.

Fammie graduated from the University of British Columbia majoring in Food, Nutrition, and Health. She stumbled into the real estate industry seven years ago and found her passion for conveyancing. When she's not diving into documents, you'll catch her whipping up culinary delights or binge-watching dramas. And on weekends? She's hitting the trails with her pup, Tofu.
